might want to do it on Sunday afternoon.
6 miles one way and 12 miles for out and back

it's out and back trail with mile markers, so i will go whatever i feel
comfortable with, probably 4-6 miles.
I did my first 8 miles there, it is beautiful! |

my DOMS (delayed onset of muscle soreness) was all gone.
No injury from CIM. Of course you will experience more pain
and recover slower because you were running a lot faster than me.

daughter for her birthday, plus my left foot is still in pain.
enjoy the trail and take it easy. recommend 4-6 miles max with easy pace..
