though, depending on what style the leggings are :)

to those running tights. Nothing fancy..
Will try some out and see how they works.

the running rights too tight or too loose.

很难受，又冷又沉，但是忍一忍也还可以，后来在减价店里买到一条十几块钱的跑步裤
子，就再也不穿棉的了。我们这里有家店叫Marshalls，里面运动衣裤都是十来块钱，
质量都不错，你可以找找你家周围有没有。 |

hard to head out with only shorts and shirts.
Ever since I started running regularly, I'd been investing some money
almost every month for something new, shorts, shirts, bras, new shoes,
socks, water bottles, gps, ... And it seems that you always need
something else...

not sure about legging. tights is supposed to let the moist out when you
sweat. (but still keep warm)

发帖数: 3412 | 19 普通的不行啊..材料不吸汗..一定要dry fit啊..还有3/4的千万不要..膝盖跑久好难受
..yoga的长了也不行..大腿跟磨的痛死了..我test run了所有yoga pants各种长度的..
跑步还得是跑步的衣服..尤其跑长..差别一下就出来了...
