7-8 miles in 'running shoes' I have - these have
large drops. But for my badminton shoes, no problem
at all. It took me quite long time to figure out.
The differences are, badminton shoes has less cushion
and almost zero drop.
I had never had 'running shoes' for running until last
year when I started running long distance. I used to
use my retired badminton shoes for running. But badminton
shoes does not last long especially on road. My badminton
shoes have smaller sizes (fit well for courts), need to be
larger for running long distances.
So my problem is injury followed by switching from low-cushioned
zero-drop shoes to well-cushioned high-drop running shoes.
I am trying to go back to what I used to by finding zero-drop
low-cushion running shoes.
