MT20. To be cautious, original plan was 3mi@5mph, ultra
low speed/HR.
5mph did not need to worm up. Jump up on the treadmill
and start jogging. It was extremely comfortable and felt
so easy, easier than ever.
After 30min, still felt great, and started [email protected], my
LHR training speed. Still very very easy, no heel pain
or knee pain during entire hour. In fact, I run till 6miles.
By the way, this was my last 5.5mph LHR run. I will move to
6mph for LHR from now on.
I did not feel much afterwards, so speed up to 7.5mph for
10min. HR went quite higher as expected, but did not blow
up. Then I run out of time, and had a 20min walk to cool
down.
The MT20, without any break in, was comfortable and felt
great. It is not as well cushioned as my badminton shoes,
but felt even better - do not like cushions for running,
because it feels sticky and slows me down. The only thing
I hopped for was that it would be zero heel-to-toe drop.
I remember MT00 as Pager recommended - it maybe my next
running shoes. Ordered two more pairs of MT20 just now,
for different colors. Happy for them.
MT20 is too thin for the cold weather outside now. But spring
is right at the corner already. Hopefully I can bring 6.5mph
to my LHR zone by the early summer. | o*******r
