标 题: 关于房子屋顶漏水问题

我们的offer被接受现在已经进了escrow.昨天收到卖方的Property Questionnaire.
看到在2009年2月份的时候有roof repair：paper flashing around vents replaced
with lad flashing.从保险公司的记录来看花了6000多。
我们昨天做inspection,在阁楼里看到的唯一的迹象是如图所示的水斑。不知道是以前
残留的还是新
的。
请问这种情况以后会有后患马？有什么方法可以查到当时屋顶漏水的具体情况呢？（我
们在南加）

information first. If they are
confident that the damage was repaired, then it should be fine.
