Engineered wood price is $10+ per sqft, compared with Laminate like $3 sqft.
and the labor is diff as well for laying these two diff types.
For the touch and look of real wood, definitely Engineered wood is closer to
the real thing. but for the toughness and easy to maintain concern,
Laminate is much better.
Engineered wood is only a thin layer of wood peel on top of small wood
bricks. if you have $$, go for solid wood.

去miramar上看看吧。
Laminate肯定会便宜很多，比较耐磨，好清洁，但一旦一块坏掉了，整个都要掀掉重铺
。laminate也不会给你的房子add value。

这个不对，可以补的，用胶粘，效果还挺好，看不出来哪一块是补的

要么装的时候多买一盒laminate，留着，万一哪里坏了，可以有备用材料换上去。

Hardwood材料和安装都会贵多了。
