I have the same question. We just submit an offer in SD, and was told there
are more than 7 offers. The seller is waiting for the highest and best offer

2010年开始，人家抢房团重振气鼓，又从LA出发抢房，其中一只很小的小分队南下，一
路抢下来，等到抢到了SD已经是2年以后的情形了。
你居然现在还在发问7年以前的事情？
真的好搞笑。

the past few years for low-end foreclosed properties because they were
simply won't qualify for a loan. That's why they were mostly bought
investors whit cash.
Now with foreclosed properties dried up and more transactions in regular
sales in mid to high priced properties, the percentage of cash deals will
come down a lot.

10，11年，房子就是烂白菜，卖方要价低，可还是被生生砍下来不少。
12年中以后，烂白菜一下子变成了香饽饽，买方不加几万根本抢不着。
