6% level. Super rich are not automatically super generous -- different from most people's imagination.

tax rate is: 32% + 2.9% = 34.9% ONLY.
How mmych people pay tax rate close to this? 25.3% + 9.6% is also 34.9%,
though SV coder's income could be only 0.5~0.6m.
