No corporation is set up yet. TamingAMT was a hobby/test project.
Depending on how it goes. Anything is possible, including the fourth option:
going under/closing door.
This is all based on negotiation. How much can you bring to the table? If
you have everything, I can work for you as an employee.
I sincerely appreciate all the advice and help I got from this board.

Q: Do I need to quit job in order to join?
A: Not until we secure at least angel funding. I myself also have mortgage
to pay and a family to feed.
Q: What is your customer base? It is very hard to make money from Chinese
people.
A: The customer base is all American tax payers. I chose mitbbs sf board
only for the sake of "proof of concept" and see how much interest the tools
can generate.

A: This is hard to say at this moment. My initial goal was to help 1 Million
people save $10 per year on average, which makes it $10 Million a year and
hopefully we can have a business model that makes 1/10 out of it which is $1
million.
不现实啊，会在网上敲这个的都是省钱一族，不然直接给会计去算了。这样的群体，就
为了省$10，现在还要自己去研究这些细节，到头来还会给在你或者你的广告商那里消
费省下的钱里的10%？还不如把网站做成钓鱼网站，专门给会计师打广告。
还有，从用户的角度提个建议。你应该把marginal税率画出一个曲线，这样才能知道各
种措施究竟省多少。 |
