obtaining a license. and why those are not part of the license requirement?

发帖数: 4188 | 5 real world experience还是很重要，你还需要inspector，appraiser，loan, title
company整个network，还要挂在broker下面跟你分钱。相对来说买房容易些，新房容易
些。你要不是以后想试着走这条路，有点不值。

I was only asking what the easiest way was to get a license.
