如果是去软件公司，会高2万左右，比如GOOGLE，参考这个：刚从JOB版看来的。

way: 85k/year is a national standard for Intel, since Bay area is much
expensive than other places, the base salary is higher than other places by
15%, so:
The net base salary for him is about 95K as a fresh Ph.D, at Intel.
I guess 95K for a fresh Ph.D is somewhat standard at bay area?
软件比硬件要高2万左右。

但是一年后，乱七八糟地加起来又180K.
