need use your after tax income to pay back your 401k loan, which will be

taxed for the $$ you borrowed, the only drawback is the interests you paid
is not Tax-deductible as in a mortgage.
Think about this: no matter what kind of loan you borrow, you have to pay
the principle with after-tax $$, so does 401k loan.

BTW the interest that you pay will still go to your own 401k account. So
that's really not a big deal.

再存几年钱吧.
按照一般的标准, 应该是付了首付后, 手里依然有
可以维持半年的钱(包括半年的房贷), 也就是至少
几万块钱吧. |
