具体就不说了，身心俱疲，我现在不想买这个房子了，我这样MOVE AWAY，之前的押金

Make sure你的offer不是no contingency offer，这个在原始合同上有。如果还在
contingency period之内，应该没有问题拿回deposit。

Contingency removal is the seperate form which has to be signed by seller
and buyer to get effective.
If you never sign the contingency removal form, you are safe...

your agent.
So far i haven't seen a good agent. My agent was averagely late for any
appointments 30~60 mins. She was even late for my final house signature 30
mins just to wear her make-up right. |

我还是没有找到单独的CONTIGENCY REMOVAL这个市一般什么时候签订阿~谢谢 哎

ACCEPTANCE算什么时候？ 本来卖家接受我们OFFER很早，但是对方AGENT文件一直弄不
好，本来要MOVE ON的几个月以后突然说做好了，这个从哪个算起呢

?
Shortsale is a long process. You should only do inspection or appraisal
after shortsale approval. Otherwise, it is waisting your moeny.
Also there are there contigencies on the contract:
- inspection contigency
- appraisal contigency
- loan contigency
After you satisfy each or all above, you sign addendum to say that you will
remove what contigency. |
