This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of the
designing and deploying of our new proprietary web-serving software. You
will participate in full life cycle development, including gathering and
analyzing requirements, design, development, enhancement, and
troubleshooting. Applicants must demonstrate excellent verbal and written
communication skills, and be able to work in a collaborative team

Qualifications:
Technical Requirements:
Core Requirements: (must meet these requirements to be considered for the
position)
* software development experience
* Expert knowledge developing and debugging in C/C++ on *nix
* Strong database experience using MySQL (preferred), Oracle, DB2 or
PostgreSQL
Other experience that would be a plus for this position:
* Experience developing with Ruby
* Deep understanding of storage appliance and storage software internals
* Extensive experience working with large data stores
* Experience with file systems, server architectures, and distributed
systems
* Media industry experience

* Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem recognition, and
problem resolution skills

created by developers, writing test plans and test cases, automating
commonly executed test scenarios, performance and load testing. Applicants
must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a
positive attitude and be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Technical Requirements:
* work experience in Software Quality Assurance
* Deep understanding of white box and black box testing
* Experience in automation using JAVA and/or C++ or similar programming
languages
* Ability to understand the application API for testing purposes
* Familiarity working with graphical tools (i.e. Silk, Winrunner, QTP,
Selenium, Fitnesse)
* Expert in Performance Testing methodologies and tools such as JMeter
* Experience with file systems, server architectures, and distributed
systems
* Familiarity with Linux systems is preferred
* Media industry experience also a plus!

，想招几个中国人平衡一下。中型公司，做网络设备的(switch之类)。公司给办身份，
第一年用OPT(可以e-verify延期)，1年后办h1b，同时开始绿卡申请。
顺便说一下，第一年工资有点低，7w以下，第二年后恢复到正常工资(9w左右)，
manager正在争取半年变一次工资。
帖一下requirements:
*Knowledge in design, implementation, and debugging of embedded systems
software in C.
*Knowledge of computer architectures (PPC, MIPS, ARM, SoC) and Ethernet
Switch Hardware.
*Knowledge of embedded operating systems and/or Linux kernel.
*Knowledge of development tools (in-circuit emulation, compiler/linder,etc.).
*Knowledge of L2/L3 switch/routing protocols.
*Hands-on experience with Linux device driver development is a plus.
