rent 的 rental agreement, 说这样批准可能性大，都给他了。他说要order
appraisal of current house for rental survey, 后来，又说可以免去appraisal,
所以cancel了appraisal for current house.
但今天发现credit card 被wells fargo charge了$695 appraisal fee. 可是
appraisal cancel了，wells fargo 应该refund我这钱。I emailed my loan agent
twice yesterday, no response. I left a message this morning, no call back.
请问到时wells fargo会自动退我钱还是我需要继续找loan agent,making sure I
could get $695 refund back.

回。
打了credit card上wells fargo 1-800电话，他们都说不知道，要直接和underwriter
or loan agent 联系。

但愿如此。可是loan agent怎么不理不睬呢。email两次不回，打电话请call back也不
理。都是buyer agent推荐的这个印度loan agent, 以后别人再推荐，也不敢用印度
loan agent了。

下来时， file a charge dispute. Because merchant (估价师）didn't perform
the function (估价）for what they charged.

老印loan agent以前也有几次不理我email，现在快close了，所以急着问他。昨天
credit card statement来了，我才知道被charge了。事先都不知道。按credit card
statement上的电话打给wells fargo, 他们也不清楚，让我找loan agent, or
underwriter directly.
