得学区Parcel Tax.我非常困惑，为什么我还要付前几年得Parcel Tax? 难道不是应该
由前任屋主在过去早就付掉了吗？

closing document to prove they don't belong to you. They will cancel the
bill and go after the previous owners. I had the same problem for
supplemental tax. I went to the county property tax office directly and
they were very helpful. |

insurance should cover these tax. Let them pay these. You do not pay it. It
will be very hard to get from previous owner. Go to title insuranse is right
way to do it. |
