We have been working on a business idea and we have made quite a bit of
progress. As we gain experience with the initiative, we have come to realize
that we need more people to take ownership of some technology pieces.
The project: We are trying to build software product that helps investors to
find trading opportunities in options market. Especially options on ETFs
and stocks. We want to provide unique and highly practical analytics and
tools.
The team: One person works on marketing, financial modeling, and some coding
. This person's main responsibilities are finance related problems and
business development; Another person works solely on coding. Both work part-
time as we all have full time commitments. Still, the team is highly
functional and productive giving the constrains we have.
We need one more person to be our partner. We will likely host a discussion
session where more details about the project, the team and what we are
looking for will be given to perspective partners. Ideally the new partner
will be an experienced software engineer based in San Francisco bay area.

We are in very early stage of startup - the garage stage.
We are looking for partners, not employee. We can't afford an employee yet.
