The Project for Fair Representation, a legal foundation based in Alexandria,
Virginia, has announced that it is looking for plaintiffs to challenge the
admissions programs at Harvard University, the University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill, and the University of Wisconsin at Madison as racially
biased. The Project on Fair Representation is run by Edward Blum who was
instrumental in the Abigail Fisher v. University of Texas-Austin affirmative
action case and also in the litigation that struck down part of the Voting
Rights Act of 1965.
The Project for Fair Representation has set up three websites –
HarvardNotFair.org, UNCNotFair.org, and UWNotFair.org – seeking individuals
who believe they were rejected for admission to these universities due to
affirmative action or so-called reverse discrimination.
For example, the Harvard site asks: “Were You Denied Admission to Harvard?
It may be because you’re the wrong race. Harvard is a great university and
we know it’s tough to be admitted. But Harvard continues to use an
applicant’s race and ethnicity as an admission criterion even though a 2013
U.S. Supreme Court decision essentially forbids these practices. We believe
that’s neither fair nor legal and we are committed to ending Harvard’s
racial preference policies in court. If you have been denied admission to
Harvard, we want to hear from you. Please fill out the form below and learn
about what can be done.”
In a press release announcing the new effort, The Project for Fair
Representation states that it “believes Harvard University, specifically is
discriminating against Asian-American students by using a ‘quota’ or ‘
ceiling’ to limit their admission to the university.” | h****n

因为是私校，可以不公布录取信息，所以起诉起来有困难。所以，大家就更不知道实际
存在的歧视。
那些犹太人的孩子，能上这些学校，是因为人家家庭是特权阶层。你让我们学习犹太人
，那就是让我们进入特权阶层，这对美国社会既得利益集团的挑衅更大，阻力更大。
并且，依据孩子出生的种族、阶层，决定孩子的未来，这本身就是不公平。随着社会的
进步，这些不公平一定会遭遇挑战的。亚裔忍气吞声，不去反抗，那么只能被欺压在脚
下，现在是那些比较优秀孩子受伤害，将来的条件会更加苛刻，最终波及那些特别优秀
的孩子。
反正亚裔没有爪子，可以随便的退毛宰杀。孩子个体的优秀，敌不过社会潮流。而社会
潮流，就是族群、阶层之间博弈的结果。sca5,就是在西裔人口比例提高的前提下，他
们要为自己族裔争取利益的产物。那么，既然亚裔没有爪子没有牙齿，那么好，动的就
是你的奶酪，没有风险，成功率高。你不参与博弈，只能做失败者。 |
