前几年房市不好有些地方 tax 主动按当时房子市场价降了。降的这部分只要市场好转
可以随时涨回来，不受每年2%的限制。
LZ的帖子就可以看出他家房子的市价至少120万。
友情提醒：以后发帖还是还是去掉几位具体的数字，免得被人肉，免得被xmjdh, 等等
