BOA低于三年的RSU不能用吗？那光靠Base那点钱现在是什么都买不到呀。
还有现在的自住房不能用过rental property来贷款吗？
agent说一定要有两年的rental income才能把现在的房子当做rental来做贷款。
我这个房子一直是自住，怎么可能有两年的rental income呀？
我怎么记得是只要有lease agreeement就可以的呀？
麻烦版上大神们给解答一下~ |

发帖数: 1879 | 3 I am not sure about BOA's policies, but for our lenders, RSU is not
considered the incomes to qualify the loan, but you can use it as the
reservations.
departure home's potential rental can be used as income. You don't need to
have two years rental history ( of course you dont have it :) The lease
agreement is good enough.

之前我问过BOA RSU的问题，BOA的lending officer回复 RSU income is allowed,
however an exception is needed and approval is case by case.
你可以去wells fargo问问，rate差一点，但是RSU没问题。
