dont feel bad, i got the same ticket at the same place one yr ago..just
because i didn't stop for 3 seconds...although no other cars are passing
through.
well,it's not a moving violation;instead, it is considered a parking ticket
and won't be reported to DOL and thus insurance companies wouldn't know and
then no impact on your insurance premium.
first, go to the link the infraction indicates and watch the video. If your
car didn't stop for 2 or 3 seconds and if the speed of your car isn't 0,
then u could see my suggestions below.
U either:
1.go to the court and contest (which I strongly dont suggest, coz I lost it
even i am very good at contesting the ticket,and coz this is hard evidence
against u that u almost won't win)
2.go to the court and behave like a little sheep and beg for "mercy",
sometimes your fine could be reduced by 20-40 dollars....
3.pay the fine online
2 or 3 is what I suggest, from my own experience.
However, if u believe you didn't do anything wrong after watching the video,
go contesting the ticket!

PS:there is actually a fourth option,我用中文说吧，省的被google到。。。就是
你上庭不承认开车的是你。我没做过，我也不建议任何人做。但是如果钱对你非常非常
地重要，你可以试试看，我知道车版有人很猥琐地做过，我强烈建议不要去做。。。因
为这太ws。而且据说警察会问你开车的是谁，然后会不会继续followup，会不会惹更大
的麻烦还是就逃过去了，不好说。。。

the difference between turn on red light and yield is just this "full stop"
usually, the rule of thumb is to stop and watch around to see if you are
safe to proceed and in some cases. your stop could be very short if the
situation is very good, which is perfectly fine, in my humble opinion. But
at some crossroads where the camera is in use,u need to make a 3-second full
stop, just like what u did in the road test, to make sure u r not ripped
off by the cops...
About your past experience, u did nothing wrong. Say, some ppl r jerk, and
sometimes u were just misunderstood by others.
I have a very good example: There is a place that you can't turn left on
green with a small sign hanging next to the traffic light saying "turn left
only on green arrow". Coz I have been that crossroads b4 and I know that, so
I didn't turn left when the green light is on and there is no incoming
traffic. I was horned by the driver behind me, who probably didn't see or
couldn't see that small sign(that small sign is very small and not obvious..
.)
Anyway, don't feel bad about your "bad" experience. Try going to the "
automobile" board and check out nice posts here. As far as I know, even some
very experience drivers may not know some traffic rules well and we could
always learn something there, which may save us or our beloved ones a life!

一拨都减到75刀。完事之后会给你个条
上面有更新了的罚金，到出纳那里去交
就可以了。只收现金或支票。当然也可

。如果有牌子上写了红灯或红箭头不能右转的情况下，你才不能右转。

虽然有点绕，但是大家的英文多看两遍肯定看的明白。
wai说的是对的，车版激烈讨论过，很多很多人包括我都有一个错误的认识，实际上red
arrow并不是就不能转了，stop后同样可以转，类似红灯+地上的白色转箭头而已。
但是，我个人觉得，开车关系到安全，这个“red arrow”和“red light+地上白色的
右转箭头”相比，没有后者那么清晰，容易让人误解，不太符合很多人，特别中国人的
传统思维。我觉得，大家并不需要勉强，被D没关系，要自己觉得comfortable，心情别
受影响，开车才安全。而且，换个角度看，这样给别人带来的影响并不大，也就是10几
秒到半分钟的事情，又让自己放心，我个人觉得没问题。而换个问题，比如你开限速以
下，还占着left lane，那确实是不厚道的。。。
(c) Vehicle operators facing a steady red arrow indication may not enter the
intersection control area to make the movement indicated by such arrow, and
unless entering the intersection control area to make such other movement
as is permitted by other indications shown at the same time, shall stop at a
clearly marked stop line, but if none, before entering a crosswalk on the
