If you refin this current house as PR and then they might force you to do
investment loan for your future house. However, if you refin this one as an
investment, then you can buy your future house as primary residence.
You can not do both as primary residence in several months

've lived for 5+ years. So it's sad that I have to refine current house as
investment even I haven't purchase future house. Kind of not making sense to
me though.
So advice to others: refine your current house asap if you plan to buy
another as primary in near future.
