I heard that the most effective is the security decal, it will work 95% of

The IP cam system does need power, DIYed.
BTW, it's very rare to cut the power in US for burglary, those thief are not
smart I guess. When the thief sees the IP cam, it's already too late.

's easy to beat.
In the real world, it's usually not the case.

understand in this technology world.
people knows how to hook open the garage door, will have no problem to cut
off those lines.
so you should have the motion sensor camera to monitor your outside cable
and phone line boxes, it will send out the alert before the lines being cut
off.
