为什么这个房子tax这么少？
那个地价应该不止那个树木吧。。。 很多人住redmond ridge小房子，巴掌大一点都要
给政府$5000每年。。

还是不懂。。。 除非人家内部拿到各种discount...
美国这个体制不比土共好多少。

Senior Citizens/Disabled Exemption
Qualifications include:
1. Annual household income of $35,000 or less
2. Own and occupy a house, mobile home, condo or co-op,
3. 61 years of age by December 31 of the previous year, or
4. Retired because of disability or
5. Veteran with a 100% service-connected disability
6. You are a widow, or widower, or state registered domestic partner at
least 57 years of age whose spouse or state registered domestic partner had
an exemption at the time of death.
现任房主名字是老中，2012年3,665,000买下。2012年下半年和2013年的property tax
都没有付。似乎是在倒手出售这块地， 房子几乎没有价值。而且已经上市很久了。 | d**y
