微软的人肯定会选Sammamish。
可是对于Amazon的人，虽然405更堵，但是Sammamish毕竟不是Issaquah，上90不那么方
便，所以算下来，bothell和samm到西雅图时间差不多。
学区，bothell high和skyline high相差也不大。Issaquah high高一个档次。
那么Samm强在哪里？
会不会前些年主要是微软的人，所以samm更贵，随着亚麻继续招人，bothell会逐渐追
近？
请教版上老司机，从升值角度，哪里空间更大？谢谢！ |

微软近，好处是都是微软子弟，所以成绩不会差！ 但感觉就业太单一，万一微软裁员

发帖数: 1175 | 12 我觉得brk后一个热点：issaquah downtown。这一两年下来已经有点商业热点的样子，
convention center 一造，加上高楼，大部分人可以不用去brk地区了。这个对于06/29
/75/27房价有帮助。Bothell和这些区比较总是5环比四环。
当然belred520沿线是东区中心区。

周边建设变化，使得住哪里方便。belred会是以后工作机会增加的重点。issaquah
downtown的规划是一个比bellevue downtown更大的中心区（但是我觉得发展不会快得
象国内，20年可能见区别）。

testing scores are not considered in the teacher rating, and some teacher/
school encourage students to opt out.

and racial diversities, which has bigger importance when academic score is
less important. Some ranking put almost 1/3 or even more weight on it,
essentially making it most important factor if academic difference is small.
So after 2013 when opt out is introduced and promoted by the left, Obama
and democrats, the affluent neighbourhood is dinged unless teachers insist
on taking tests. The poorer schools with more black and latinos got a huge
boost.
Skyline don't have such a population of low income people (~5%), Prior to
this opt-out, academic was important, so lack of them boosted ranking.

become a problem now (skyline: 5%, issaquah 10%, newport 13%), unless made
up by teacher encouraging test participation.
