collected from the residents in its district. Tenants who live in
apartments don't pay property taxes. Because no apartments are allowed
to be built in PV and there are no condos in PV, PV is the most expensive

For example, if in the future, Westwiew and Mesa Verde get too crowded, which community will the be kicked out first to make room for others? PV!!!! Because it is not even in the same city counsel district as the rest.

to do with the school districts. Park Village will stay in Poway

another town, this school district is better. Within 5-10 miles distance,
there are other houses go different school district, where schools are not
as good and the houses are cheaper. My loan officer told us that when
appraiser does appraisal, they check the similiar houses within certain
distance, the school district is not a factor for appraisal price. Is this

同一个school district里不同学校之间评分差别还挺大的
同事给我推荐的“好学区”，也是有10分的学校有2分的学校
那这样的话到底小孩去哪个学校呢？
如果都可以的话 大家岂不是都要去好的，2分的没人去了？
如果每个学校还有自己的boarder的话，那些个2分学校附近的房子怎么也都无一例外把
自己位于xx school district作为个卖点

老师非常大胆，这次第一次请我们去讲围棋，
就把系主任以及District Superintendent都请来参观课堂。
给这些美国孩子们普及围棋效果当然不用说了
最后上完课之后，连 District Superintendent也在讨论，
要不要以后来个老师tournament以及师生之间 tounament，
这才是上了第一节围棋普及课啊。 |
