I am thinking to create a site. What I need includes: A pretty static region
that is used to introduce the company; a dynamic region that actively
display newly uploaded files; a region for viewers to post; and a region to
do advertisement.
I have very limited PHP, ASP, Database knowledge). Is is possible to do this
thing by myself? Any existing fra | d*********1

. However, if you are business person instead of technical, then the time
spend here is NOT worth at all. It is much complicated than you thought. It
will be much reason to pay someone else to do it. it involve lots of details
for script language, such as php, database, and other technical problems.
