发帖数: 97 | 1 I just registered a C Corp. I hired a US citizen as a only officer, Director
per Bizfiling requirement. Now there are several documents I need to
prepare to have a position of "President" to be filled.
Questions:
1) May I (H4 visa holder) be President of C Corp?
2) May "President of C Corp" and "Director of C Corp" be the same person to
hold?

发帖数: 1649 | 2 as I understand, you can be president of C Corp. since you are H4, literally
, you can do everything including investing. BUT,you may not be able to get
paid for your work. This means either you work for free, or you take the
position but don't work for the company. Either way, your behavior won't
affect your LD's H1B status.
And company should be fine with one manager/officer. | d***h
