probability of "after", conditional on "before", that's what Frequentist
believe. while Bayes discovered that we can also calculate the probability of
"before", conditional on "after".
Simple example for this is the probability that a patient was a smoker, given
that he had lung cancer.

put in another way,
a Bayesian econometrician takes parameters to be a random quantity.
That is , from the point of view of the analyst, the parameter is UNKNOWN
and we will consequently treat it as a random quantity.
however, Frequentist analysis treat the parameter as a CONSTANT. they
really care about the point estimator right?
Baysian analysis seeks to estimate an entire probability distribution,
called a Posterior distribution, for the unknown parameter.
