I think gold could have another 3-4% down then we will see what happens
next. US government is busy attacking Euros, Yens and Gold/Silver to lure
people into treasuries as they are selling another 1.6 - 1.8T this year.
I wrote a piece on gold price suppress below. Check options B, D and E.
They are still effective this year.

Let's say a firm holds lots of gold positions, which is common for big
firms. It could be both long contracts or physical holdings. After a
take over or chapter 11, these holdings could go on sale on open market,
which creates a sudden supply that tanks gold price for a while.

Marc Faber uses the term PIIGS, meaning Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Greece
and Spain. Those eastern European nations are in trouble, too. So it's red
flag all over Europe, which may give Dollar some boost in 2010.

Based on the chart, can I say May-Sep is the turning point for USD to go
down again?

The chart shows USD index is on an ABC up, the C leg ends in 81 area. It
is at 79.4 right now. We'll see how it plays out and keep an eye on how
things in Europe and Japan unravel.

The story is truely brewing.
Currently, they handle HALF of the loan market..... now they already found
there is no where it can sell the loan to (they used to turn to China for
easy money).
Good luck on the house price in the coming months. Maybe soon banks require
20% down payment even without a law needed (even at this market after crash, the FHA loan requires virtually nothing down using the tax incentive).
