Uh no, the reason 房价 crashes is b/c there is an oversupply of houses.
so it has to crash. To revive it, you will have to either destruct all
the oversupply, which will bust the real estate sellers, or find enough
buyers, which is possible only if you trash $ enough that it depreciates
faster than real estate. Either way, real estate is dead.
