Currently BP's has leaked about $40m gallon, let's double this number since
they have not solve this problem yet and assume that the cost will scale
well with the total amount leaked, then the the BP cost will be around $80B.

But when the oil is spread and mix with the sea water, it is impossible to
burn it. If there is a category 5 hurricane coming, the cleanup will be
disrupted. Your estimate is too optimistic.

people are a little bit panic about BP now. |
