是2个原因导致你借不到。第一，broker太烂，比如mlgb的optionshouse；第二，这个
股票被short太多，他们手里没有来借给你了。

发帖数: 1409 | 7 Rehabilitation - An order of rehabilitation is issued by Superior Court. It
allows the insurance company to stay in business, while appointing the
Insurance Commissioner as rehabilitator. We manage the company until it has
corrected its problems and if the problems cannot be fixed, the company may
liquidated.
During a rehabilitation, our goal is to turn a financially troubled insurer
into a healthy, active and profitable company, while also protecting
policyholders, creditors and the public. A court order, the law, and a great
deal of discretion, give us broad powers to take action to correct the
conditions that caused the problems and to develop a plan to save the
company. We assume all duties of the company’s directors, officers and
managers.
The court can release the company from rehabilitation if it's satisfied the
company can resume normal operations. If it decides the insurance company
cannot be rehabilitated, it may order the company to liquidate.
