But after careful read their 10-K, it appears that FNMA will start to
realize the tax credit from this quarter.
Without realize the tax credit, these is no one FNMA could repay the loan to
the government.

thing was I kept most of it.

billion, they cut the debt to half, at 10% interest, they only need to pay
5 billion interest payment a year.
Currently, no one could replace FNMA, so they might be able continue to
operate if it's a profitable business. Wall street will lobby hard to make
it happen.
