on NQ during a certain time period, you cannot join to be a plaintiff. If
there is no evidence of fraud (and no evidence so far), then the law firms
have no case, so the lawsuit will not go anywhere and will NOT be filed. If
a lawsuit is filed, a federal judge has to accept the lawsuit case to be
heard. If there is no firm evidence of fraud, the judge will dismiss the
case before it even becomes a heard case. So I wouldn't worry about those
law firm solicitations. It's just noise right now. But they are effective to
the novice, inexperienced stock investor who get scared and either sell
their shares at a loss, or don't ever buy shares in the stock, unable to see
the real value and potential growth in the stock
