《环球时报》还报道说，美国两名学者近日在《国际先驱论坛报》上撰文提醒美国政府
，台湾很可能重施惯伎，利用银弹政策争取与独立后的科索沃“建交”，美国应阻止这

Secondly, the website, www.kosovothankyou.com, is private. The website
states so, from the beginning. In fact, the facts that URL ends with .com
and contact email address at Gmail.com, says everything.
Diplomacy is conducted in secrecy. The Chen Administration always put Taiwan
first.
And the KMT media in Taiwan unite with China to attack Taiwan. Both hid
