boz I use open stance, twist my elbow too much to hit heavy top spin.
and I played too much beyond my body limit.
That will hurt your body.
Lose your string, use soft string. practrice your forearm to be stronger.
I almost never stop playing let my elbow have a good rest.
I just don't hit that hard anymore and not play too much tennis anymore.
wear a tennis elbow band helps a lot too.

loose up your body, shoulder and arm when you serve.
usually if your shoulder hurt, boz you use too much arm to serve. |
