The red guy currently plays in USTA 3.5 and finished the last season with
10 win 4 loss.
Based on that, they are solid 4.0 and solid 3.5, respectively.

CA should have more players in the higher level (4.5-5.5), but
for the same level, I am not sure if the players are better.

should beat most of 3.5 player.
But we have to compare average people in different state's league. Both guys
who showed up in video have winning records in their level, but even the
guy in white (official 4.0)has little chance to beat ACC28 (self-reted 3.5)
or myself (3.5), that's the key point I am talking about.

Playing in 3.5 league doesn't mean you can't do well in 4.0.
In fact, it actually doesn't mean you are NTRP 3.5 if you
beat most of you opponents. I thought you were playing 4.0
league at a time.
I have posted NorCal 3.5 men's league match before. It doesn't
look particularly stronger than typical 3.5 league. Maybe
there are 1-2 guys looking more like a 4.0, but the rest of
the team look normal for a 3.5 league.

We indeed need videos to proof anything. Not wild guess saying I can bagel
this guy or that guy. You know, my partner thinks he can beat Yan Zi, even
though I think he is around 3.5. Maybe my state is even better than CA.
