无论来球多快多暴力多刁，就是球打到我的边线和底线交点处，也给它打回去，让对手
崩溃失误。LOL。

其实从录像上可以看到，swing并不快，而是在拍头掉下来后，开始做Wrist Lag and
Snap，然后就速度加快了。

I think 3 key to great forehand and backhand.
1. Compact Swing, so we can handle fast balls, hit on the run, and return
serves. We won't be late all the time.
2. Fast Racquet head speed. In order to have fast racquet head speed along
with compact swing, we need good shoulder turn even hitting open stance and
the wrist lag and snap.
3. Long effective hit zone. The longer the effective hit zone, the more
margin we have. The racquet head square up for long time in the zone or
slot. If the contact is a little behind or front, you still find the sweet
spot and keep the ball in. I brush up too quick and does not "hit out", so
I have a small hit zone. If I am late or too early, I frame the ball. I
feel good shoulder turn will also prolong the hit zone also.

like Fed. That is rare to see and super demanding for timing, spacing and
foot work. But that will create a long lever, and really fast racquet head
speed. Gosh he is good.
What level do you guys think he is!!!?? |

preparation, how? early take back and proper footwork, how? get your ass of
the sofa and get on the court.... lol
快速挥拍 is just an outcome of Wrist Lag and Snap, same as fast pace heavy
ball is just an outcome of 快速挥拍.... |

其实不容易 --；大部分现实的关键工作就是交流， 倾听，
从他人角度看问题。我经常看着这些网板的technical 讨论看的糊涂了。
另外很多人没有充分的”枯燥练习“的时间，了解一下玩玩。
