tax先，向请教最近做过的是这么回事吗，对此broker基本不信任了，只可惜交了
appraisal fee了，不继续下去就白交了。 |

come out, so the title company has to collect it. For those county hasn't
the official tax come out, you don't need to pay at closing. Ask the title
company you will close with, you will get the confirm answer. |

I just do not trust what the broker told me, he does not sound he care about
our case, plus it has been 3 month
