market;
September to December -- easier to negotiate than hot season, but not many
housed on market
March to September -- price is a bit higher since it's hot season, but many
choices;
This year in Houston is different. It's seller market.It's common that a
good house with good price get multi offer. So if you need a house, just
start now. |
