suck at poker, why I got on tilt so often, why I played so shitty while I
knew I could do better. things that I could come up with actually are those
mentioned in the post already:
stay cool
stay focus
take it slow
think it through
I think I just have to remind myself over and over again, and literally take
it slow at the tables, keep asking myself "what am I doing? why am I doing
it?" I mean, if I can take the time to answer myself these questions, I can
avoid a lot of tilts or quit some sessions before they got out of control.
as always, easier said than done, but it does not hurt to try. I'll come
back and re-read my post when I deviate and get on tilt. hope that motivates
me to keep trying.
