Moved some money away from my beloved target-date funds to take a shot at
following Lao Da's lead. Caught co-workers interest that I'm looking at
stocks because even though this is somewhat our line of work I always
favored a very macro strategy for my individual asset allocation.
Everyone's now giving their advice on what I should invest in.
Turns out we have a dedicated associate trading desk, strategy desk, etc.
Sat in a seminar learning about more complex options strategies... at the
end I told the instructor 'I just want to buy some MGM...' : o
Colleagues chuckle and say in 3 months I'm going to look back to this day
and laugh.
This might be the beginning of the end ;) | f*****g
