got a few questions here.
first, is it required to get my bachelor's degree evaluated before i take the
FE?
Second, can I take the FE at one state, and get the EIT certificate at another
state?
third, when it is needed to get my bachelor's degree evaluated? and what's
Tongjier's problems of getting this done? Any solution yet?
Any tongjiers that have gotten their PE licences here?

board's website for detailed rules.

some states do, some do not (CA, AZ, OH, MD, ...). for those states that
require ECEI evaluation, some need pass, some do not.

Yes, as long as you are permitted to take FE in the state you choose and you
meet the standard to get EIT in another state.
if you decide to choose states to take exams, you may not necessarily have it
evaualted. As to evaluation, it is the problem of

Yes, at least in most of states..

Yes, and you don't need to take FE exam again, and however, you might need to
submit you BS degree evaluation to your new state board if reuqired.
I would like to say yes, and it is hard for tongjiers to pass BS degree
evaluation, and I just talk to some Tongji VIP on this topic, and he would
like to help us on this issue. If ECEI request additional information from
Tongji, and he will be in charge of it, and make sure Tongji university will
provide
