“baptists 和 methodists" 都是 evangelical吗？ 仔细看了religion in the US
wiki, 还是不太清楚。

美国78%的人口是基督徒，具体的breakdown, Protestant 51.3%
Catholic 23.9%, Mormon 1.7%, ...
新教里面，分了三类，
Evangelical Protestant 26.3%
Mainline Protestant 18.1%
Black church 6.9%
Mainline protestant的定义 ”They include Congregationalists, Episcopalians,
Methodists, northern Baptists, most Lutherans,
and most Presbyterians, as well as some smaller denominations.“，
看起来至少 Methodists, northern Baptists,不属于evangelical.
另外一个段落说 evangelical movement, 好像 southern baptist算evangelical.
“groups as disparate as black Baptists and Dutch Reformed Churches,
Mennonites and Pentecostals, Catholic charismatics and Southern Baptists all
come under the evangelical umbrella-demonstrating just how diverse the
movement really is.”
最后，看一张图，iowa占主力的是 Lutheran 路德教。 | h*****e

富裕吗？感觉美国最富有的应该是WASP和jews.
