California is under liberal's absolute control now.
Now they are working on two things:
1. A new tax hike, Appeal prop 13 that passed in 1978, which does not allow
the government to raise property tax more than 2%.
2. Any new TAX raise, only need 55% pass the house, instead of 2/3 now. You
see, they changing the rules now, just in case they lose absolute control
later.
Because the it's under liberals absolute control, so I am sure prop 13 will
be discarded soon. Now we are going to raise Property TAX too.
Personally I think California's property TAX is too low, we certainly should
raise property TAX. But if we don't lower our income tax, we will be doomed
by taxing people everywhere.
Why don't we raise the property TAX to 3% and eliminate the state income TAX?
