Don't know why Obama does not want to do it.
Close the loophole for the rich will collect more tax, and still encourage

但是并没有加入如果interest高涨而需要增加的interest payment.
通货膨胀现在可以不来，明年可以不来，但是是堵不住的，
终将在几年内会到来，而且会比政府预期得大。到时候光光
借新债还旧债的interest payment, 就会造成新的巨大的赤字。
