这次选举床铺打破几十年的惯例，一直不放出来tax form。他发出来的是financial
disclosure。说后者更能说明自己的财力。
Financial disclosure可以填revenue或者income。他填的是revenue，但是没有明确说
清楚，给人的印象是他的收入好多，好成功。
事实并非如此。

我也看了上面的新闻，说他收入多，净利润却少。两个因素，一，房地产资产有大量的
折旧费用，这些费用会极大的减少净利润，但是对所有者真正能使用的现金却没有影响
。举个简单的例子，床铺收入100万，折旧90万，净收入只剩下10万了，但是他能用的
现金有多少？100万。那衡量他有多少钱，用的是100万，还是10万？
另一个因素，管理费用，房地产不比制造业，有大量的原料成本，大量的费用都是管理
费用包括员工工资，如果川铺有大额的收入，但是最后净利润却很少，除了折旧，剩下
的钱不是给员工交税发工资用掉了么？这不是为社会制造就业机会么？这个能黑？
