官方网站instruction上说要original, 但document checklist 和 FAQ 说 photocopy
is acceptable. 请问这里有没有谁办过，到底需不需要原件。
原件只有一份，担心回邮是会丢，因为回美还需要原件。多谢了。 | b****g

certified by a state-licensed NP should be
acceptable.
What I have done in the past, when mailing
original documents, is to provide a check
list of documents that they must return to
me.
Don't forget to include your cover letter
and invitation letter from the conference
organizer or chair. These should help
speed up the processing of your application.
