还有请问在H1b通过之前是不是不可以回国？如果中间需要补充什么材料是通知律师，

发帖数: 461 | 2 我的H1B也还没批.如果你想批之前就出美国的话,下面是我律师告诉我的:
Your H-1B Change of Status has not yet been approved so you will need to
travel on your current visa. However, since you will be departing the US
prior to the approval of your change of status, it will be considered
abandoning your H1B. Your H-1B will still be approved, but it will be
approved as a consular H-1B, which will require you to travel
internationally to activate your H-1B. Your status will not automatically
change on 10/01/2012. |
